Registration Policies
You may pre-register via this site. Space is limited, so we encourage you to register early. Registrations will be processed in the order they are received. Conference fees must be paid in full.

Early-Bird Conference Registration: Includes all Conference events except Pre-Conference Workshops. You must register by July 31, 2009 to receive this rate.
Regular Conference Registration: Includes all Conference events except Pre-Conference Workshops. Valid for registrations received after July 31, 2009.
Pre-Conference Workshops: There's an additional $125 charge to attend a pre-conference workshop.
Confirmation packet
For attendees who register before August 27, 2009, confirmation packets will be sent via email to the email address provided during registration. Attendees who register after this date can pick up their materials on-site. All attendees will receive their badges and session materials when they check in at the start of the Conference.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel for any reason, please notify us via email at inhowseconference@fwmedia.com. There will be no charge to cancel your registration. Substitutions may be made by fax or email until August 21, 2009. After this date, all substitutions must be made on-site at the Conference.
Special Needs
We make sure our facility has total accessibility, and we do whatever is needed to make attending the Conference as convenient as possible for all attendees. If you have a special need, please send an email to inhowseconference@fwmedia.com.
